brickhouse fitness offers a variety of fitness training options.

No matter your schedule, fitness level or goals, we have a way for you to get started today.

individual training

We offer one-on-one, personal training that is custom-tailored to you. No two people are alike so we will design a program made just for your body, allowing you to reach your fitness goals and maintain them.

Duration options: 30min or 60min sessions available

no matter which class you choose,

every session you do at brickhouse will be different from week to week.  you’ll get a full-body cardio, endurance, and strength training workout that is energetic and fun.

group training

Our group classes are kept small and are great for individuals looking to join a party and train with like-minded people. or, if you and your friends are looking to take hold of your health together, you can book your own group session. we have space and a place for everybody.

DUration options: 30min or 60min sessions available.

Boot camp sessions

our indoor & outdoor boot camp classes offer a mix of calisthenics and body weight workouts fused with interval and strength training, to burn calories and boost metabolism. each week will have a different workout to keep your mind and body firing.

Boot camps are for everyone at all fitness levels! we can modify any exercise to suit you, whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced in your fitness journey.

buddy sessions

buddy sessions are perfect for you and your partner or bff looking to hit your fitness goals together. get tailored training for two that lets you sweat in-sync.

online & remote training

live too far to travel to brickhouse? Travel a lot for work? desiring ultimate privacy in beginning your fitness journey? brickhouse fitness offers remote training programs for a fully online FITNESS experience. (We utilize the ‘TRainerize’ app to build you a custom exercise program and update with you each week.)

*contracts are no fun, so we don’t have them at brickhouse.
