The human body and overall fitness have always been such a passion of mine. I will take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I truly believe anyone can make positive physical improvements with proper education, motivation, encouragement and support. No two bodies are alike! I will analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan that will help your body transformation. It's an amazing journey, and I'm always so honored to be a part of it!
I began personal training at a gym in 1999. In 2008 I opened our home, turning part into my training studio. Doing this truly turned clients into an extension of our family. With years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. All plans include education on proper eating, supplementation and exercise, to ensure the best results my clients. I will work with you, and be your greatest cheerleader to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I offer several session options including one on one hour or half hour, buddy sessions, or group/bootcamp. Every session will be different to keep the muscles confused and continually benefiting. In addition, I offer nutritional consultations and "meal making" to help clients withe the dietary side of weight management. We will share workouts, recipes, encouragement, and sore muscles.
