My name is Nicole Stilwell. Always being interested in the human body and overall fitness, I began personal training my senior year in high school. I graduated from Clear Lake High School and went on to the University of North Texas. I continued personal training and teaching group exercise classes through college. In 2004, I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, and a minor in health promotion and nutrition. Within a month of graduating college I moved back to Houston and began training at a one on one studio in the area. I continued working at this studio for 4 years, until it was totaled and closed down permanently with Hurricane Ike. Coincidentally, the week of Ike, I delivered my first child. After my 8 week maternity leave I realized I needed to find a new gym to train out of. With amazing support of my clients I decided to take this opportunity, instead, to purchase commercial gym equipment, and begin training out of my home.
There are several different session options to choose from- hour long individual session, half hour sessions, couples sessions, or group/boot-camp sessions. These workouts will be unique to your body type, fitness level, and goals. Every session will be different, so you can expect a full-body cardio, strength, and endurance workout that is challenging, yet creative and fun! There are no contracts, I just ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice as a respect of my time. In addition to working out I offer nutritional consultations and a meal making "party", to help clients with the dietary side of weight management.
I truly believe anyone can make incredible, positive physical improvements with proper education, motivation, encouragement and support. No two people are alike, and with that knowledge, I will design a program that will help your body transform. I will be with you every step of the way, and am confident you will feel better than you have felt in a long time. We will incorporate strength, endurance, core, plyometric, and balance exercises. I will individualize your plan to suit you perfectly according to your physical and fitness goals.

The outdoor and indoor boot-camp classes offer a mix of traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval and strength training to help burn calories and boost your metabolism. These workouts include sprints, push-ups, agility drills, abs, skipping, stepping, and various plyometric drills with little rest between exercises, so you can get a great cardio and strength workout in one! No workout is ever the same! I will switch the style and arrangement each time, to confuse the muscles and prevent the body from getting too comfortable with anything - minimizing plateaus. My boot-camp is for everyone. I will make sure you work hard, but not beyond your body's natural limitations. Modifications to all exercises will be provided for beginner, intermediate and advanced physical fitness. Though you may feel pushed to your body's fatigue levels at times, this is a natural part of exercise and will ultimately help you achieve the results you yearn for. Boot-camp is an amazing workout, at a lowered rate, to allow everyone a means to get the incredible results and a fantastic support system! I guarantee my boot-camp will be the most affordable, efficient, and effective workout session your body has ever experienced. In addition to the awesome results you will experience, you will make workout buddy friends. We will all be there to pull you when you are lagging, encourage you from the beginning, and sweat with you along the way!
A healthy lifestyle is not just about working out. I will also help manage your daily nutrition habits. With so many diet fads out there, it can be quite confusing to decipher the truth about our bodies' nutritional needs. Balance is the key to a healthy weight, body, and mind. A nutritional consultation will teach you how to balance your nutrients, and stay within your daily caloric range. We will work together to design a program you will easily stick to, without feeling deprived.
Periodically, I offer what I call a "dinner making party". At this party we assemble, label and freeze meals that are made to feed 4-6 people. In prepping for this, I send out a menu for the month containing 5-7 dinner options, to all my clients. I get a tally of who wants what, and how many of each they would like. Once I know how much of each meal we will be making I buy all the ingredients and containers. I chop the veggies, sauté the onions and mushrooms, brown the meat, cook and dice the chicken, cook the pasta or rice, and whatever other prep can be completed prior to the party. When the clients arrive we assemble the meals in freezer safe containers. They then take them home, freeze them, and have them ready to take out and cook in a convenient form. For those who chose not to come to the "assembly" they can pay a fee to simply come get the prepared, frozen meals.
